A fourth year Liberal Arts student. Having reviewed shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival over the last several years, I am delighted to be Head Editor of Reviews for Wayzgoose. I would encourage people to send reviews concerning any and all areas of the arts. I will be looking out for new releases to review so you will probably find me with a notebook and pen towards the back of a film or theatre audience. Recommendations: the novel Shuggie Bain by Douglas Stuart and the plays of Henrik Ibsen.

Hey! I’m a third year Behavioural Science student but I’m not much of a scientist, I’m mainly a walker. Thru-hiking and climbing things is how I seem to spend my time and I’m psyched to be the Head Editor of Travel! I love anything rather visceral, unrefined and flirts with religiosity; in that respect, I’d recommend Nick Cave’s album Wild God and the poetry anthology Other Men’s Flowers selected and annotated by Lord Wavell.

I am a third year History student, who is excited to be part of the Wayzgoose team this year. Despite being a creative writing editor, I'm not much of an avid reader of literature. I have always been partial to a spot of poetry and love visiting houses and gardens, galleries, and museums. Particular favourites (in the UK) are the Whitechapel Gallery, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Alnwick Castle and Gardens. I also recommend the somewhat overlooked poetry of Louis MacNeice.

I'm so excited to be part of the Media & Marketing team this year, uploading brilliant work onto the website, and helping run the Instagram to make sure our Wayzgoose writers get the spotlight they deserve. As for recommendations, I’ve been listening to Σtella lately to get back into the groove of uni, and highly recommend seeing The Years at the Almeida Theatre in London if you get the chance!
