We want to promote young artists, giving them a platform to perform, whilst allowing our readers and followers to experience their work in person. In collaboration with DH1 Records and Wayzgoose Magazine, our event brings together curated poetry, photography, art, and an opportunity for open-mic (slam poetry, spoken word), with live performances from DH1’s hottest emerging artists!
The three acts booked for Sunday’s collaborative gig between DH1 Records and Wayzgoose magazine sounded about as far apart as you could get, a quirk which speaks to both organizations’ commitment to supporting anything out of left-field, and fostering a creative spirit in Durham…
