Digital Artist
I’m currently an english literature student at durham uni. i’ve done fine art for years but only recently started making digital art over these past few winter months as a bit of an escape. my art is very influenced by my sense of humour and is also a homage to camp and the bizarre; the pieces all have a story behind them and toe the line between relatability and eccentricity. i’ve always loved caricature and, in a time where the real world is basically satirizing itself, these characters bring a bit of much needed cartoonish joy. in watercolours of african wildlife. i keep my art as refined and photographic as possible, trying to capture every intricate detail that each animal and the country itself has to offer. as well as my passion for painting, i spend a great deal of time working closely with a rural tribe of maasai located near the tanzanian border, learning their ways and sharing my own.
